Our medical scrubs are lightweight, durable and crease resistant. We offer a wide range of sizes and colours.
RETURN POLICY
1. Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Scrubs must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
2. Non-returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return (embroidery).
- Clearance items or those marked "sale" cannot be returned.
3. Return Process:

- Provide a reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
4. Refund Method:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or exchange.
5. Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
6. Shipping Fees:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
